Deepen your change skills

The People Change Academy is the knowledge centre where we share our scientific knowledge and years of practical experience with leaders, change managers and our business partners.

People Change trains people so that they can carry out their own scans, explain them and use them effectively. After this training you will become a People Change Practitioner or Leader and you will get access to all our material. We meet regularly to receive and share knowledge.

For leaders

The People Change Practitioners course is intended for leaders, such as managers and directors. In the Practitioners course you will learn how to apply the ideas of the People Change Scan to your own employees, team and organisation.

In order to become a Practitioner of People Change, you need to master the background and theories of the scan and approach. You will be trained in analysing the results of the scan and coaching employees with the help of the scan. After the training you will be certified and you can use the scan in your own organisation.

For external coaches and consultants

As a People Change Leader you can use the People Change scan and methodology at your clients and in your own practice. In the People Change Leader course you will learn to master the background and theory of the People Change scan and apply it to individual coaching situations.

The People Change Coach course goes a step further and teaches you to apply the scan and methodology at team and organisational level. After the training, People Change Coaches will receive a certificate and access to the People Change scan software (on the basis of a licence) and the People Change Transformation Toolkit.

People Change Learning Modules

People Change Leadership Practitioner (in-company)

As a People Change Leadership Practitioner you can use the People Change scan in your organization to help colleagues develop themselves. In 2-4 training days you learn:

  • The scientific theory and models of the scan
  • Making the link between theory and practice
  • Interpreting and explaining the scan results on an individual level
  • Coaching a colleague using the scan

This in-company training is often used as part of a leadership program or when rolling out an organizational development program.

People Change Team Navigator (in-company)

As a People Change Team Navigator you can use the People Change scan and methodology for teams and departments in your organization (max 15 people). The module consists of 2-4 training days.

You learn a.o.:

  • The scientific theory and models of the scan for teams
  • Making the link between theory and practice
  • Interpreting and explaining the scan results at team level
  • Give team guidance using the scan results and other tools

People Change Team Navigators receive a certificate after the training and are allowed to perform team scans and they get access to the People Change Transformation Toolkit.

People Change Organisation Navigator (in-company)

As a People Change Organisation Navigator you can use the People Change scan and methodology for your (internal) clients for team development and change questions in organizations. The module consists of 4 training days.

You will learn, among other things:

  • Deepening the scientific theory and models of the scan in relation to the organisation and their complexity.
  • Making the link between theory and practice
    Interpreting and explaining/presenting the scan results at the organisation level
  • Conduct a group session using the scan results
  • Set up your own team or organisation scan
  • Obtain reports & presentations via the People Change Scan application

After the training People Change Organisation Navigators get a certificate and access to the People Change Transformation Toolkit.

Transformational Change Leadership

In depth year training “Transformational Change Leadership”

As a change agent you are never finished learning. In this year of deeper study you will learn step by step how to lead change. For this additional and in-depth training it is important that participants have gained experience with the People Change scan in change processes and that they bring in their own cases. The training includes:

  • 6 days spread over a number of months at a luxury location in Utrecht
  • Deepening the application of the People Change scan in complex change processes
  • Learn to apply the different improvement programmes of People Change
  • Deepening through ” Call Center Case ” by Dr. Rogier Offerhaus
  • Discuss cases of participants
  • Reflection on own changes and change capacity
  • Deepen change skills
